Sales / Marketing Executive

            1. Sales job scope:

• • To sell and increase demand within selected targeted markets, through both existing and potential customers.
  • To provide trouble-shooting and solve customers’ complaint.
  • To develop knowledge of market, products, market demands and technical.
  • To maintain awareness of market situations, competitor activity and report promptly to the Sales Manager
  • To plan and present of Company product and services; and arrange trials or technical test where appropriate.
  • To promote Company products and services within target markets.
  • To undertake sales activities as directed by Sales Manager.
  • To distribute product information to customers and ensure continuous updates of information from customers.
  • To make regular visits; calls with personnel on customers side at a frequency geared to their current and future potential.
  • To prepare and submit daily and weekly sales reports
  • To prepare and submit monthly sales activity report base on customer complaints, competitor activities, collections, proposal for improvement, new product briefing, etc.
  • To maintain up - to - date customers’ activities records.
  • To attend sales meetings, technicians meeting and training program as requested.
  • To handle complaints, requires, quotations and technical advisory commitment in accordance with company policy.
  • To update customer credit limit twice a year or when necessary. Be alert of exceeded credit limit of customers.
  • To ensure customer and prospective customers are kept advised of Company products, techniques and services of benefit to them.
  • To assist in logistic planning.
  • To ensure prompt payment from customer every month

2. Marketing job scope:  

• • Plan and implement marketing strategy and campaigns.
  • To suggest and propose improvement for sales team and support sales team to achieve target.
  • To handle product write-up for e-marketing promotion and share with management any market new development.
  • Develop and maintain marketing channel & materials.
  • To prepare and submit monthly sales activity report base on customer complaints, competitor activities, collections, proposal for improvement, new products briefing, etc.
  • To maintain customers, record and to analyse weekly sales reports.
  • To collect and compile market data for analysis of current and future direction.
  • Compile and distribute statistical information.
  • To work on SAP and APP development and maintenance
  • To accountability & responsible for company on any/all duties assigned to you.
  • To perform any other duties assigned by the Management from time to time.
  • To comply with the International ISO 9001 & 14001 Standard.
  • To fully use PPE supply by the management.
  • To maintain an adequate standard of (5S) housekeeping in work place.

• Education: College degree
• At least 2 years of experience in Manufacturing and Related fields
• Language: Chinese (Mandari) or English
• Office Computer.
