Job Description

Maintain daily communication with clients via phone/email; respond to inquiries and support sales activities to drive revenue growth.
Prepare and follow up on quotations, application forms, contracts and related documents; ensure accuracy of client information and billing details.
Coordinate sample submissions, track progress and update clients on sample status, documentation and report timelines.
Conduct outbound calls and proactively identify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking and client engagement.
Work closely with laboratory, customer service and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Monitor accounts, follow up on customer feedback, complaints and outstanding payments; support reporting and continuous process improvement.

College/Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
At least 1 year of experience in oil & gas, industrial lubrication, engineering or related industries.
Strong communication and customer service skills; confident in phone handling and client interaction.
Good sales mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and support revenue targets.
Basic English proficiency (equivalent to level B).
Good coordination, teamwork and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
