I. SALES OPERATION
- Follow & manage new customer's information on system
- Prepare quotations, sales contract, customer insurance, credit limit, proposal, payment, create customer code
- Communicate and receiving information from KAM/Sup Plaining about trading term / contract / Sell-in / Sell-out / promotion to check & raise proposal for all account in company system.
- Input the sales orders into SAP / check & key return goods - follow Report Return
- Check pricing from Marketing and send to Sales Team
- Work with Finance Accounting about fee, rebate, return of customer
- Manage & follow bussiness trip of Sales supervisor / KAM
- Handle sale report (daily/weekly/monthly) revenue by account, by KAM, by salesman
- Follow up the payment of customers
II. OTHERS
- Assist to Sales Operation Assistant Manager other tasks
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Administration or a related field
- At least 01 year of working experience with similar position, FMCG / Foods / Frozen Foods experience is a plus
