Job Description

Monitor and improve lead time performance against established targets for buyers.
Identify, analyze, and document the reasons for failing to meet lead time targets.
Monitor and record daily factors contributing to KPI performance gaps.
Review and analyze buyers’ KPI performance reports on a weekly and monthly basis.

College or University graduate.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Access, and Word.
Good command of English.
Strong logical thinking and analytical skills.
Quick learner with a proactive attitude and a willingness to develop new skills.
