Job Description

Design processes, timelines, and ways of working for projects
Ensure timely deployment by following up with the project team.
Collaborate with all users, sales admin, and cross-functional teams to create training documents and conduct training sessions.
Coordinate and support the sales team
Update monthly reports.
Reconcile data from the sales team, finance, and procurement.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the line manager.

Job Requirement

Bachelor's degree.
Structured and organized with excellent communication skills.
Proficiency in basic office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong connections and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to ask questions and listen to understand needs.
