Job Criteria:

• Market Expansion: Identify and develop new business opportunities, expanding MRS Group’s agricultural products into international markets.
• Strategic Planning: Analyze market trends, supply chains, and industry regulations to create data-driven business strategies.
• Client & Partner Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with global partners, suppliers, and customers to foster business growth.
• Company Representation: Serve as the company’s representative at industry events, trade fairs, and business meetings.
• Problem-Solving & Innovation: Identify operational challenges and implement innovative solutions to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Leadership & Ownership: Take initiative in driving projects, collaborating across teams, and ensuring strategic alignment with company goals.
• Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with internal teams, including production, logistics, and marketing, to optimize the supply chain and sales strategies

• Education: We don’t prioritize your university background or GPA—what matters is your knowledge and skills. Your knowledge shapes your success, not just your scores. However, proficiency in English is essential, and fluency in Chinese is a strong advantage.

  Experience: We welcome fresh graduates, but we also seek candidates with 3–5 years of experience in agricultural business development, particularly in IQF or frozen foods. Rather than experts, we are looking for individuals who are eager to learn and capable of developing innovative solutions to challenges.
