Job Description

  • Identify, develop, and expand a strong pipeline of potential customers.
  • Consult with clients and introduce the company’s products/services effectively.
  • Deliver exceptional customer care throughout the entire sales process to build lasting relationships.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities and performance to management.

Job Requirement

  • Female/ Male aged 25 – 35.
  • Japanese N5 or above, or conversational English.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer acquisition and successfully closing orders.
  • Proven sales experience with strong track record is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Strong customer service mindset.
  • Energetic, proactive, and highly responsible.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
