SALES TOUR INBOUND

Customer & Agent Relationship Management

•          Responsible for creating and maintaining excellent customer relationships; ensure smooth communication and cooperation with customers and agents.

•          Follow up with customers and agents to obtain final feedback and confirmation following proposals; optimize conversion of quotations.

•          Serve as the key correspondence person for MICE, FIT, and GROUP inquiries from the India Market.

•          Consult and liaise with agents to tailor MICE, FIT, and GROUP solutions for their clients.

•          Follow up on key account feedback to implement appropriate improvements.

Quotation, Itinerary & Proposal

•          Create itineraries and quotations for MICE, FIT, and GROUP programs for the India Market; reconfirm bookings with overseas agents.

•          Constantly maintain and improve the layout and content of MICE, FIT, and GROUP proposals.

•          Actively enhance the agent network, develop and grow the client database.

Supplier & Rate Management

•          Deal with hotels and suppliers in Vietnam to secure the most competitive rates and/or additional benefits for clients.

•          Coordinate with the Operations Department to ensure delivery of high-quality services.

On-Ground & Event Coordination

•          Accompany groups to ensure high-quality service delivery throughout the program; function as the main ground coordinator for events.

•          Escort inspection trips and FAM trips for agents upon request.

Systems & Administration

•          Understand and utilize the company's reservation and booking system proficiently.

•          Input all MICE, FIT, and GROUP requests accurately into the company's management software.

Professional Development

•          Continuously develop communication, sales, and consulting skills.

•          Note: The above duties are indicative; additional responsibilities may be assigned during the course of employment.

Experience

•          Minimum 1 year of working experience in tourism, preferably in inbound (international) travel.

Language

•          Excellent communication skills in English — both written and spoken.

•          Any additional spoken language is an advantage.

Skills & Competencies

•          Mature and experienced in negotiation and commercial thinking.

•          Able to work both independently and as part of a team.

•          Advanced computer skills: Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word), email (Outlook); ability to adapt quickly to new IT programs and environments.

•          Ability to work effectively under high workload pressure.
