1/ Sales training program design and implementation:
• Identify training requirements in line with the different roles' expectation across the sales function
• In collaboration with the Learning & Development Specialist, design and develop training material meeting the needs of the training requirements
• Ensure that the school policies and procedures are integrated into the training material and timely updated
• In collaboration with the Learning & Development Specialist, design and implement training programs for the Sales team within the digital training platform of the school, and enable compliance monitoring
• Report on a monthly basis the planning and outcomes of the training programs
• Consistently review and refresh the training material and techniques to improve training effectiveness
• Work with the Marketing department to update all Sales collaterals necessary for in center and online Sales presentations
2/ Sales training requirement identification, planning and delivery:
• In collaboration with the Learning & Development Specialist, develop a standard evaluation template that can be used at center level on a consistent basis
• Identify the training needs for each center on a monthly basis in alignment with the Center Heads of Sales while considering all aspects of the Sales team role description
• Define the training scope / sessions covered by the center vs. Sales Training Manager
• Schedule a monthly training agenda for each center
• Deliver adapted training sessions to the respective sales teams according to the planned schedule and in line with the agenda agreed upon with the CHoS
• Feedback to the CHoS on the outcome of the training sessions occurring in their centers and follow-up on the compliance of the centers on the trainings they are assigned
• Design and deliver training session during the monthly EC Club
• Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment
3/ Sales team recruitment support:
• Support HR Talent Acquisition by validating screened profiles and participate to the recruitment process
• Advise the Center Heads of Sales in the selection of Educational Consultants
• Delivering face-to-face on-boarding training sessions to the new Sales team members
4/ Process and system improvement and managerial support:
• Participate to cross-functional projects aimed at streamlining the sales-related processes of the organisation
• Propose system improvement to the Business Analysis Specialist
• Support the preparation of the training material for all changes in policies, processes or system updates concerning the Sales function
• Participate to the end of probation review sessions with the CHoS, RHoS and HR
• Participate to monthly sales team members performance reviews with CHoS, RHoS and HR
• Support management leadership in other managerial tasks aimed at improving sales effectiveness for the school
• Participate to the definition of the sales promotions and other sales programs
