1. Sample Material Procurement
- Receive and process material requests from development teams.
- Create and follow up procurement orders with suppliers.
- Track material delivery status to support development timelines.
2. Development Timeline Support
- Monitor material readiness against sampling schedule (prototype, confirmation, wear test stages).
- Update status regularly and highlight any potential delays to the supervisor/lead.
3. Supplier Coordination
- Communicate with suppliers on material orders, delivery schedules, and basic requirements.
- Ensure suppliers understand quantities, specifications, and delivery expectations.
- Follow up on supplier responses and report any issues (delay, incorrect material, etc.).
4. Data Management & Process Support
- Maintain accurate data in systems, trackers, or reports.
- Proceed documentation and filing related to purchasing activities.
- Assist in process improvements or system updates when required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Materials Management, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in purchasing, supply chain, or warehouse/material control (fresh graduates are acceptable).
- Experience in footwear, materials, or manufacturing environment is a plus.
