Sample Quality Management Staff (R&D Staff)

1. Sample Inspection

• Inspect product samples, including Proto, Fit, and PP samples.
• Compare samples against Tech Packs, specifications, and customer requirements.
• Check measurements, workmanship, garment construction, and overall product quality.
• Identify and document quality issues during the sample review process.

2. Quality Risk Assessment & Improvement

• Identify potential quality risks related to fabrics, sewing, printing, embroidery, and other production processes.
• Provide constructive feedback and recommendations for quality improvement.
• Follow up on quality issues with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution.

3. Reporting & Documentation

• Record and maintain sample inspection results accurately.
• Prepare QA comments and inspection reports.
• Maintain organized records of all sample inspections and quality findings.

• Education: College degree or higher in textiles, garments, or related fields is required.
• Experience: 1–2 years of working experience. 
• Experience working in a garment factory, manufacturing environment, or laboratory is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent observation skills, and a quality-oriented mindset.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• English or Mandarin communication skills
