Job Description

Our customer is a garment manufacturing company, now looking for a Sample Room Manager (Garment, $3000, ID17949):

Responsible for leading team to complete customer demand samples in accordance with the requirements of quality and time
In charge of updating all infomation from related department to detect and resolve the issue on a regular basis
Follow up and arrange sample development as required
Control samples to ensure proper quality and compliance with approved specifications.
Stay up-to-date and control of technology to produce high-quality samples
Ensure all samples have necessary information when transferred to the production department
Develop procedures, regulations and standards for the department.

Minimum 5 years of experience in pattern making, sample room operations, or technical garment management—preferably in high-fashion manufacturing.
Strong expertise in pattern development, grading, and marker efficiency.
Proven leadership in managing technical teams and delivering staff training.
Excellent problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills.
Proficient in English (verbal and written).
Familiarity with pattern software (Gerber preferred) is an advantage.
