SAMPLE ROOM MANAGER

• Managing all the activities of sample room with a team includes pattern makers, sample sewers and technical teams
• Implementing sampling procedures and scheduling
• Issuing tech packs and sealers to factories
• Supporting the Technical parts to Design, Pre-Production and manufacturing across all production process, from development stage to bulk production
• Risk assessments.
• Managing and approval of all samples from development to Production samples.
• Being responsible for the training programs for new staffs as well as internal staffs
• Communicating directly with customers technical and buying departments as well as our factories and QA teams.
• Leading Pre production meetings and PPS approvals
• Other tasks will be reviewed during the interview process

• Min 6 year experience at the same position for garment/textile industry
• Strong experience in technical, fitting, product construction
• Experience in designing models and developing high-end apparel products
• Familiar with GERBER Software
• Good in English both verbal and writing
