Act as the focal point for receiving, coordinating, and processing information from the Board of Management to relevant departments.
Arrange, circulate, and coordinate documents submitted to the Board of Management and Board of Directors.
Draft, issue, and archive documents related to assigned responsibilities.
Build and manage the weekly, monthly, and yearly working schedules of the Board of Management; provide schedule reminders as required.
Organize meetings hosted by the Board of Management, including sending invitations, preparing meeting materials, collecting and summarizing documents, recording meeting minutes, and coordinating with relevant departments to follow up on action items.
Store and manage documents related to the Board of Management.
Support the organization of internal company events.
Handle payment and reimbursement of expenses for the Board of Management and Board of Directors.
Coordinate with relevant departments to arrange logistics for business trips of the Board of Management and Board of Directors.
Perform other duties assigned by the team leader.
Job Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Law, or other related majors.
At least 2 years of experience in Secretary or Assistant roles.
Strong time management and work allocation skills.
Thorough and detail-oriented preparation skills.
Good memory and organizational ability.
Professional appearance with appropriate grooming, light makeup, and suitable attire depending on the occasion.
