Job Description

Product Consultant

  • Strongly understand product and process to consult for client.

  • Act as the liaison between clients and operation teams.

  • Developing solid sales proposals.

  • Support sales team and clients with new features and product launches.

  • Collecting customer feedback to determine product and service shortfalls.

Relationship Management

  • Identifying customer needs and communicating how company products and services fulfill those needs.
    Ensure customers are satisfied with company products and services provided.

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.

  • Work together with Sales Manager/BA for any requirement and propose solution.

Project Management

  • Monitoring Sales and Performance Report submitted to client per request.

  • Supervise the account executives and representatives' team and ensure deadlines are met.

  • Proactively communicate the project status through regular reports, meetings, emails, etc. to the required project expectations.

  • Planning, settling requirements for pricing, T&C, sales plan, proposal, manage timeline, co- ordinate with stakeholders for pricing and client approval for campaign.

  • Exhibit the discipline and general management skills to make sure that the team follows the standard processes and procedures.

Handling Objections

  • To respond to complaints and resolve issues aiming at customer contentment and the preservation of the company's reputation under the supervision of an Account Manager.

  • Ensure implementation of project compliant to standard working process of company Other related work according to actual requirements.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field, especially in business administration, Sales or Marketing.

  • At least 5++ years in the same position.  

  • Good analytical and strategic thinking.  

  • Good negotiation and consultative sales skills.  

  • Proficient in MS Office (Power Point, Excel, Word Doc), Photoshop, Canvas, Figma.  

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.  

  • Project management skills and experience.  

  • High sense of responsibility, self-motivated, proactive and detail oriented.  

  • Able to work under high pressure and tight deadlines.
