Senior Accountant / Accounting Supervisor - Viet Huong Industrial Park

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Reporting

• Manage GL, AP, AR, and fixed asset accounting
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing
• Prepare financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
• Maintain accounting records in ERP system
• Perform account reconciliations and accruals

Compliance & Tax

• Ensure compliance with Vietnam Accounting Standards and tax regulations
• Prepare VAT, CIT, and statutory reports
• Coordinate external audit and tax consultants

Cash Flow & Operations Support

• Monitor cash flow and banking activities
• Support inventory accounting and costing
• Monitor AR collection and AP payments

Internal Controls

• Maintain internal controls and accounting policies
• Support process improvement initiatives
• Assist finance manager in ad-hoc projects

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years accounting experience (manufacturing preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Vietnam tax and accounting regulations
• ERP experience (D365/SAP preferred)
• Good English communication skills
