Job Description:
Administrative & Expense Management:
• General Administration: manage office supplies, uniforms, assets, and equipment at the factory, work with service providers: catering, security, cleaning, transportation, maintenance…
• Facility Management: monitor and propose repairs, maintenance, and infrastructure improvements, supervise cleanliness, security, and working environment.
• Logistics & Support: organize internal events, welcome visitors, and support audits/inspections, prepare and manage quotations, expense reports, and reimbursement procedures for administrative activities.
• Documentation & Procedures: prepare and maintain administrative documents and records, track service contracts and handle related payments
Legal & Corporate Affairs:
• Assist in procedures for updating and amending Business Registration Certificates (ERC) and Investment Registration Certificates (IRC).
• Liaise with government authorities for legal filings and administrative compliance.
• Maintain and archive legal documents, stamps, and corporate contracts with high confidentiality.
Requirements
• Education: University Degree (Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Law, English, or related fields).
• Good communication skills in Vietnamese and English (spoken & written).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (High accuracy in Excel for expense tracking).
• Strong understanding of Vietnamese labor laws.
Experience Requirement:
• At least 4 years of experience in administrative work.
