SENIOR AQE & Lab ENGINEER - Dầu Giây

·       Act as the quality representative in cross-functional NPD teams from concept through to production launch

• Lead Quality deliverables such as Process Control Plan, and MSA, SPC etc activities for new products and processes in new project.
• Review specifications and drawings to ensure quality requirements are clearly understood and incorporated into the quality plan.
• Plan and oversee Engineering Build (EB) and Qualification Build (QB) activities identify process and production risk and coordinate with cross-functional team to resolve quality-related issues prior to MP
• Ensure all test and inspection data are documented, reviewed, and approved before each build milestone.
• Develop, review, and approve test methods, work instructions (WIs), and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the lab.
• Ensure testing activities comply with relevant standards (e.g., ASTM, ISO).
• Train and mentor junior lab engineers/technicians on proper test execution, equipment operation, and data interpretation

• Education: bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (or related field).
• Experience: 3+ years of experience in quality engineering, preferably in manufacturing (metal/tape/hand tool industry is a plus).
• Technical Skills:

- Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC.
- Familiarity with drawing interpretation.
- Experience with FAI and CPK studies and data analysis, DOE
- Basic understanding of lab tests (hardness, coating thickness, etc.)

-Six Sigma Green Belt, or IATF 16949 internal auditor certification is an advantage.

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking)
