Senior Assistant Brand Manager (ABM) plays a critical executional role in driving brand growth, ensuring consistency across all consumer touchpoints, and supporting key marketing initiatives for the powdered milk category.
You will collaborate closely with the Brand Manager and cross-functional teams to deliver strong brand performance, especially in the key shop retail system.
This role is suitable for candidates who are detail-oriented, execution-driven, data-informed, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
BRAND : OGGI
· Work with BM in strategy. actively propose half-year and quarterly plan
· Define and develop strategies to maximize brand potential
· Create and implement consumer and market development strategies
· Develop and implement a specific competitive strategy
· Full budgetary responsibilities for ensuring plans and campaigns are within agreed spending limits
· Lead preparation of the brand plan, update, and long-range plan
· Liaising closely with all relevant brand team members
· High-level tactical planning
· Directly involve and take main responsibility in the execution of detailed action plan and activities (product innovation, marketing plan, ensuring on time in full launching, results, field check, and flexible action to ensure KPIs)
Conformation:
· Follow up marketing expenditure by assigned projects within the marketing budget.

Education
Bachelor's graduate, preferably majoring in marketing or business administrator.
Experience
• 3+ years of experience in a similar position in the field of Marketing in FMCG industry is a plus.
• Proven experience as an Assistant Brand Manager.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in FMCG Marketing or Brand Management.
• Experience in the Milk category is a strong advantage.
