Job Description

Backend Development: Design and build scalable backend services in Golang to manage warehouse operations, inventory flow, and equipment coordination.
System Integration: Develop interfaces to connect software with physical hardware (robots, conveyors, sensors) using standard IoT protocols (MQTT, TCP/IP).
Control Logic: Implement logic to optimize the movement of goods and fleet management, ensuring efficient and safe operations.
Edge Computing: Deploy and manage services on edge devices, ensuring reliability even in offline scenarios.
Architecture: Design clean, maintainable APIs (REST/gRPC) and data models to support real-time monitoring and control.
Quality & Reliability: Ensure system stability through comprehensive testing, logging, and performance monitoring.

Software Engineering: 3+ years of backend development experience.
Language Proficiency: Strong experience with Golang (or expert in Java/C++/Rust with a strong desire to learn Go).
Distributed Systems: Experience building and deploying microservices or distributed applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
IoT & Networking: Familiarity with messaging systems (MQTT, NATS, or Kafka) and network programming.
Databases: Solid understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL) and data modeling.
Problem Solving: Ability to solve complex logical problems and willingness to learn about industrial automation domains.
