Job Description

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot, ensuring high performance, reliability, and security.
Build RESTful APIs, Microservices, and backend components supporting business-critical applications.
Design and optimize database structures, complex queries, and system performance for large-scale data processing.
Develop reliable event-driven solutions using Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar messaging technologies.
Collaborate with Product Owners and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
Contribute to system design, architecture discussions, code reviews, and clean code practices.
Participate in CI/CD, deployment, and production troubleshooting, continuously improving system stability and scalability.
Explore new technologies and leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering productivity.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of Backend Development experience, with strong hands-on experience in Java and Spring Boot.
Strong Java fundamentals, OOP, data structures, and problem-solving skills.
Hands-on experience building RESTful APIs and Microservices.
Solid experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle, including database design and query optimization.
Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar messaging technologies is highly advantageous.
Familiarity with Git, Docker, and CI/CD practices.
Good understanding of clean code, performance, scalability, and system reliability
Nice to Have: Experience with gRPC, ReactJS/NextJS, Data/AI projects, AI-assisted coding tools, or Agile/Scrum is a plus.
