Brand & Product Management (focus in China and other key markets)
- Support the development and execution of brand positioning, communication strategies, and brand-building initiatives for OBL (own brand label) across international markets with focus in China and other key markets.
- Collaborate with Brand, social media, and Creative teams to ensure consistent brand identity, messaging and values across all consumer touchpoints through effective local market adaptation.
- Coordinate with agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders to develop marketing collaterals, campaign assets, sales materials, POSM, and marketing toolkits in line with brand guidelines.
- Support adaptation of product communication materials and packaging designs to meet market and customer requirements.
- Support packaging adaptation, artwork development, labeling, and communication materials to ensure market relevance and compliance
- Assist in monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights… to support brand and product development and identify growth opportunities & business implications, with particular focus on China.
Digital Marketing & Communication (focus in China and other key markets)
- Work closely with Digital & Social Media team and external marketing partners to develop & execute online communication plans across international markets.
- Support content localization, monitor digital campaigns, KOL/KOC programs, and brand communication initiatives to drive awareness and engagement.
- Coordinate the development and adaptation of creative assets and digital content for multiple channels, including social media, websites, and e-commerce platforms.
Trade & Retail Marketing Support
- Collaborate with Sales and cross-functional teams to support local marketing initiatives and drive market performance
- Coordinate with local vendors & relative stakeholders during implementation of trade marketing activities, in-store activation & promotions where required, ensure effective execution of marketing activities.
- Provide marketing support to International Sales teams and distributors through sales materials, presentations, and market-specific marketing tools
- Prepare market reports, performance updates, and recommendations to support business decisions.
Events & Brand Activation
- Coordinate with relative parties to support organizing international trade exhibitions, customer events, sponsorship where required
- Coordinate event preparation, marketing materials, logistics, and on-site execution to ensure successful delivery.
- Conduct post-event evaluation and reporting to assess effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
Marketing Operations, Budget & Administrative Support
- Support preparation of budgets, purchase requisitions, contracts, and payment processes in compliance with company policies.
- Monitor and track marketing expenditures to ensure efficient budget utilization and accurate reporting.
- Maintain organized records of brand assets, marketing materials, and performance reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery of all marketing projects.
