Senior Business Analyst – Digital Transformation

Position Summary 

The Senior Business Analyst supports ERP and digital initiatives across AIM Vietnam and regional operations. This role bridges business and technology, ensuring systems, processes, and people drive efficiency and scalable growth. The role also supports Business Development through market intelligence and data-driven insights within the construction industry. 

Responsibilities 

Digital Transformation Strategy 

• Define and execute the company’s digital transformation roadmap, ensuring alignment with business strategy and delivery of measurable operational ROI. 

• Lead cross functional business process analysis to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for standardization and automation. 

• Design, validate, and implement improved processes in close collaboration with key stakeholders, ensuring clear ownership and formal sign‑off. 

• Manage the end‑to‑end IT Project Lifecycle, from requirements definition and implementation through go‑live and post‑implementation optimization. 

• Own the performance, governance, and continuous improvement of core business systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and data integrity. 

• Own and oversee company data backup and recovery processes, ensuring data protection, business continuity, and compliance with internal controls. 

• Manage and optimize Microsoft business platforms and related digital tools to support automation, reporting, collaboration, and business performance. 

• Drive change management, user training, and adoption to ensure successful implementation and sustained business impact. 

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, manage external vendors, and support regional rollouts. 

Manage team and project manage all key initiatives

• Bachelor’s degree 

• 5-6 years’ experience in digital transformation, ERP (Odoo, Acumatica) or IT project management 

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in both Vietnamese and English 

• Analytical mindset with business and commercial understanding 

• Good communication skills 

• Highly structured and detailed oriented
