Job Description

Identify, develop, and build relationships with prospective clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
Proactively seek and develop business opportunities in interior design and fit-out projects.
Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and client engagement to negotiation and deal closing.
Collaborate with internal teams to provide tailored solutions that meet clients' requirements.
Conduct market research, analyze competitors, and propose effective business development strategies.
Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
Build and maintain a strong network of clients, partners, developers, and industry stakeholders.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Architecture, Construction, or related fields.
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Business Development or Sales, preferably in Interior Design & Build, Fit-out, or Construction industries.
Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Proactive, market-oriented, results-driven, and highly motivated.
Good command of English
