Job Description

1) Market Intelligence and Business Development:

  • Conduct market research on Aseptic PET beverage categories, OEM/private-label demand, target markets, customer needs, pricing trends, and competitor activities to support business planning and sales prioritization.
  • Identify new products and category opportunities such as coconut water, juice, tea, coffee, functional drinks, dairy alternatives, and other aseptic PET beverage applications.
  • Maintain updated market intelligence reports and provide practical recommendations to improve competitiveness, customer targeting, and business development direction.
  • Develop and maintain understanding of company products, factory capability, certifications, packaging options, quality strengths, commercial advantages, and SWOT position.

2) Customer Prospecting and Sales Pipeline Support:

  • Search, screen, and qualify potential OEM customers through market databases, trade sources, referrals, exhibitions, online research, and direct outreach.
  • Build and maintain prospect lists, customer profiles, contact databases, and opportunity records for assigned markets or customer segments.
  • Prepare sales materials, company profiles, customer presentations, product introductions, and basic commercial proposals for new prospects and existing customers.

3) Customer Development and Project Coordination:

  • Manage customer relationships and ensure timely follow-up and execution of customer enquiries, requests, complaints or new product developments.
  • Coordinate with R&D, Production, Quality, Supply chain, Finance, Legal, and Sales operation teams to clarify customer requirements and support customer projects.
  • Support customer visits, factory audits, trade fairs, business meetings, and market development activities as assigned.

4) Internal Operation, Reporting and Performance Tracking:

  • Prepare weekly or monthly reports on market intelligence, prospecting activities, pipeline development, customer follow-up, and project progress.
  • Monitors assigned KPIs such as number of new prospects, pipeline value, sales revenue.
  • Coordinate with Sales Operation to support customer service, and smooth handover from business development stage to execution stage.
  • Support annual business planning, sales forecast preparation, budget assumptions, and scenario planning for the Aseptic PET factory ramp-up.

Job Requirement

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, OEM sales, export sales.
  • Experience in food and beverage manufacturing, OEM/private label or aseptic PET products is an advantage. Fluent in English; Chinese is a plus.
  • Good knowledge of B2B business development, OEM sales process, customer prospecting, and lead qualification.
  • Ability to conduct market research, competitor analysis, customer segmentation, and basic business case preparation.
  • Good sales skills, including prospecting, approaching customers, qualifying leads, nurturing relationships, and following up opportunities.
  • Strong communication, presentation, coordination, and customer service mindset.
  • Good analytical ability, attention to detail, data organization, and reporting discipline.
  • Ability to work with cross-functions and follow up multiple customer projects at the same time.
  • Result-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and willing to learn new products, technologies, markets, and customer requirements.
  • Good command of Microsoft Office, CRM tools, sales pipeline tracking, and reporting systems.
