Job Description

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Executive to manage payroll, personal income tax (PIT), and social insurance operations for our Vietnam team. You will ensure compliance with labor and tax regulations while supporting HR initiatives and employee benefits programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage monthly payroll, PIT declarations/finalizations, and related reporting.
  • Handle Social, Health, and Unemployment Insurance (SHUI) procedures and ensure compliance.
  • Maintain accurate employee data, contracts, and HRIS records.
  • Prepare HR and C&B reports for management and authorities.
  • Support internal benefit programs and respond to employee C&B inquiries.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Accounting, Business, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years of C&B experience in multinational or large local companies.
  • Solid understanding of Vietnam Labor Law, PIT, and Social Insurance regulations.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, fluent in Vietnamese & English.
