Job Description

Job Summary

The Senior C&B Executive is responsible for managing Compensation & Benefits operations and supporting Manager levels. This role involves handling complex payroll processes, ensuring compliance with labor, tax, and SI regulations, managing PIT declarations and finalizations, and resolving issues related to statutory benefits. The position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and solid knowledge of Vietnamese labor laws and government reporting requirements.

Job Responsibilities

1. Payroll & Tax

Process monthly timesheets, execute payroll, and prepare payslips accurately and on time.

Register tax codes for new employees and their dependents.

Collect, verify, and manage dependent documentation.

Prepare and submit monthly/ quarterly PIT declarations and annual tax finalizations.

Coordinate with third-party providers and headquarters to manage PIT matters for expatriates.

2. Insurance & Benefits

Prepare SHUI reports reflecting monthly increases, decreases, and adjustments.

Handle procedures related to medical treatment location changes, personnel information updates, and SI claims.

Reconcile SHUI contribution data with government records and ensure timely payments.

Addressing issues related to SI compliance.

Manage employee healthcare insurance, including monthly adjustments.

Collaborate with internal teams to implement employee benefit programs (Birthday, Tet, Mid-Autumn Festival, team building, etc.).

3. Employee Lifecycle & HRIS

Maintain and update employee records and personnel files.

Administer employment contracts, monitor renewal timelines, and ensure proper documentation.

Manage employee termination procedures and related documents.

Input and update employee data in the HR system (employee information, contracts, work history, approval flows, etc.).

Ensure HRIS data integrity, system efficiency, and compliance.

Work closely with IT to improve system accuracy, reliability, and performance.

4. Reporting & Budgeting

Prepare regular HR reports (headcount, resignations, labor contract renewals, annual leave balance, etc.).

Generate C&B reports (monthly booking & forecast, workshare, productivity, yearly budget, etc.).

Submit statutory reports to government authorities.

Support audit-related reporting requirements.

Provide reports to Headquarters, Head of Department, and other departments as required.

Prepare reports related to personnel costs and expenses.

5. Support & Advisory

Advise employees on compensation and benefit-related matters in compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Participate in HR projects and perform other duties as assigned.

Experience & Education

Minimum 3 years of experience as an in-house Senior C&B Executive or C&B Supervisor in multinational companies.

Strong knowledge of Labor Law, PIT Law, Social Insurance Law, and related regulations.

Working time: Mon - Sat, 8h-17h
