Own monthly reconciliation, settlement, and payment/collection of fulfillment fees with 3PL partners, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Partner with Finance/Accounting to ensure proper transaction recording and healthy cash flow management.
Monitor automated reports and systems; collaborate with BI and Finance to enhance data accuracy and reporting efficiency.
Consolidate and analyze fulfillment costs (warehouse, last-mile, surcharges, partner fees) on weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis; explain variances clearly.
Develop and maintain management dashboards (e.g., cost per order, warehouse productivity, cost trends).
Work cross-functionally with Commercial, Operations, BI, Finance, and CS teams to resolve payment issues, partner inquiries, and operational gaps.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive efficiency improvements with Operations and 3PL partners.
Support budgeting, forecasting, pricing optimization, capacity planning, and rebate scheme initiatives.
Lead or support assigned projects, track progress, escalate risks, and propose actionable solutions.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Financial Analysis, Business Analysis, FP&A, or P&L management; exposure to logistics, e-commerce, or transportation is a strong advantage.
Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; working knowledge of SQL and BI tools (Power BI) is highly preferred.
Solid understanding of P&L structure, cost allocation principles, and financial modeling fundamentals.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable insights.
Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally across Operations, Finance, Commercial, and BI teams.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively under tight deadlines.
