SENIOR DESIGNER (PERFORMANCE)

Phạm vi công việc (Scope)

• Thiết kế ads creatives (FB/IG), banner web/LP, thumbnail YouTube.
• Thiết kế infographic kỹ thuật: spec, comparison chart, combo recommendation (Processor/Mic/Amp/Speaker).
• Thiết kế module email (header, tiles, promo blocks) phục vụ HubSpot automation.
• Quản lý template library + file naming/versioning + asset management trên Drive/Figma.
• Hỗ trợ UI/LP: cung cấp section visuals/icon/illustration theo UI kit, đảm bảo responsive-ready.
• AI dùng để tạo concept/variant, nhưng typography/layout phải manual; QC artifacts bắt buộc.

• 3+ năm làm design performance/ads/web; portfolio có campaign/ads set.
• Thành thạo Figma/PS/AI; hiểu typography/layout; biết data viz/infographic.
• Tốc độ tốt, chịu feedback nhanh; kỷ luật file và QC cao.
• Biết dùng AI tăng tốc nhưng output phải sạch, không lộ AI.

Bài test tuyển dụng

• Test 60 phút: tạo 5 biến thể ads cho 1 sản phẩm (2 concept khác nhau + 3 variations).
• Làm 1 infographic comparison theo brief kỹ thuật.
