Job Summary:
Lead the development and execution of performance and branding strategies across digital platforms. Manage key client relationships, oversee campaign planning, data analytics, and ensure smooth project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement digital media strategies aligned with client goals
• Lead a team of 4–5, assign responsibilities, and conduct performance appraisals
• Manage end-to-end campaign planning, implementation, and performance analysis
• Act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction
• Oversee digital operations, budgeting, and reporting
• Analyze performance data using tools such as Google Analytics, GTM, CRM

• Strong leadership, client communication, and project management skills
• Critical thinking with data-driven mindset
• Proficiency in media analytics and tools (GA, GTM, Supermetrics, etc.)
• Solid understanding of digital ad operations and performance metrics

• 7–8 years in a global media agency
