Job Description

About Seedcom

Seedcom was founded in 2013 with a focus on sustainable economic development, supporting domestic businesses and improving the quality of life for Vietnamese consumers. We are dedicated to building and growing a portfolio of modern retail companies in Vietnam, operating across retail, wholesale, technology, and logistics through a curated set of businesses and strategic investments — including Kingfoodmart, wholesale operations such as New Retail CPG, fashion brands like Juno, and technology platforms such as Haravan.

Seedcom brings together a team of experienced entrepreneurs and operators with a proven track record of building and scaling leading consumer businesses in the Vietnamese market. This startup DNA continues to shape how the group identifies opportunities, develops new business models, and partners with high-potential companies.

At the core of Seedcom is the application of data, technology, and operations excellence to improve the way retail businesses are built and scaled. Our teams leverage data analytics and practical applications of artificial intelligence to optimize supply chains, enhance customer experiences, and enable more effective decision-making across the ecosystem.

Through close integration among portfolio companies and partners, Seedcom is developing a connected, technology-enabled retail and wholesale infrastructure — linking consumers, retailers, and suppliers across both online and offline channels, with Vietnam as our primary market and a long-term ambition for regional growth.

Role Overview

As a Senior ERP Consultant, you will be the functional owner of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) implementation across Seedcom Group entities. You will analyze business requirements, configure the system, lead full-cycle implementation from discovery to go-live, and continuously optimize the platform so it delivers real business value across Finance, Retail / whole sales operations, Supply chain and Logistics.

This role sits at the group level and works directly with each entity's business teams. Because every company operates differently and adoption is rarely automatic, success in this role depends heavily on change management: your ability to standardize processes, win the trust of key users, and drive consistent adoption across business units that do not always agree. You are the critical bridge between business operations and the ERP system.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & ERP Implementation

  • Analyze business requirements across Finance, Inventory, and Manufacturing, and participate in the full ERP implementation lifecycle from discovery to go-live.

  • Implement, operate, and optimize the ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O; experience with Oracle / Acumatica / SAP or equivalent is valued).

  • Configure the ERP system to meet business requirements; ensure setups are accurate and aligned with actual workflows.

  • Produce business requirement documents (BRD, FSD), user manuals, and training materials.

  • Participate in UAT to ensure the system meets business requirements before go-live.

  • Monitor post-implementation effectiveness and propose continuous improvements.

Operations Support & Issue Resolution

  • Work directly with end users / key users across entities to receive, analyze, and resolve issues arising during ERP operations.

  • Review actual business processes against ERP configurations; clearly distinguish between system bugs, business process issues, and improvement requests.

  • Collaborate with the technical team to fix bugs or propose system improvement solutions aligned with business needs.

  • Execute SQL queries to verify data, reconcile figures, and support root-cause analysis of system issues.

Training & Knowledge Transfer

  • Design and deliver ERP training programs for end users / key users by module and department.

  • Draft and maintain training materials, user guides, and ERP-related standard operating procedures (SOPs).

  • Support users in the post-go-live phase; monitor system usage proficiency and identify additional training needs.

  • Share knowledge and experience with team members; contribute to the overall capability development of the ERP team.

Data Management & Reporting

  • Run SQL queries and analyze ERP data to detect anomalies, reconcile figures, and provide reports to relevant departments.

  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the ERP system; work with relevant teams to resolve incorrect or missing data.

  • Support development of management reports and dashboards as requested by leadership.

  • Collaborate with the finance/accounting team to verify consistency between ERP data and accounting records.

  • Maintain change logs for ERP system configurations; ensure version control and traceability.

Continuous Improvement

  • Proactively review and propose business process improvements based on limitations or opportunities identified through ERP operations.

  • Track ERP system updates and new features; assess their impact and propose adoption aligned with organizational needs.

  • Collaborate with relevant departments to standardize business processes before ERP configuration, avoiding “garbage in, garbage out” situations.

  • Participate in periodic review meetings with leadership and departments to update system status and improvement plans.

  • Contribute to the long-term ERP development roadmap, ensuring the system scales alongside business growth.

  • Build and maintain an ERP system documentation library (configurations, processes, guides); ensure documents are always up-to-date and easily accessible.

Job Requirement

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related fields.

  • Minimum 5–8 years of ERP experience, including at least 3 years in a Consultant or Analyst role.

  • Hands-on experience with at least one ERP platform — Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O strongly preferred (Oracle / Acumatica / SAP or equivalent considered) — mandatory.

  • Demonstrated experience in at least one full-cycle ERP go-live project (from scoping to live operations) — mandatory.

  • Solid foundation in accounting/finance operations (GL, AP, AR, FA, Costing) and supply chain — mandatory.

  • In-depth understanding of Finance (GL, AP, AR, FA, Costing), Inventory, and Manufacturing business processes within ERP systems.

  • Ability to write clear, structured BRD/FSD documents accessible to both business and technical audiences.

  • Proficient in SQL for querying and analyzing data from ERP databases (MS SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, or equivalent).

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills — able to work effectively with both non-technical end users and the technical team, and to drive change across multiple business entities.

Nice to Have

  • Experience implementing ERP across multiple legal entities or a multi-company group structure.

  • Domain exposure to retail / FMCG / wholesale / distribution business models.

  • Microsoft certifications (e.g., MB-310 Finance, MB-330 Supply Chain Management).

  • Experience integrating ERP with surrounding systems (WMS, POS, e-Invoice, MES, middleware such as Kafka).

  • Experience replacing or migrating from a legacy ERP (e.g., Acumatica) to D365 F&O.

  • Experience working in an Agile / Scrum or hybrid delivery environment.

What We Offer

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive salary benchmarked against market rates, reviewed annually.

  • Performance-based bonus tied to individual and company results.

  • Full statutory social insurance (BHXH, BHYT, BHTN) per Vietnamese Labor Code.

  • Premium healthcare insurance.

  • Annual health check-up at accredited medical facilities.

Growth & Learning

  • Clear career development roadmap from Consultant → Senior → Lead → Principal / Product owner / MIS Manager.

  • Annual learning & development budget for courses, certifications (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics), and conferences.

  • Access to internal knowledge-sharing sessions, ERP/tech talks, and cross-team mentorship.

  • Opportunity to own a group-wide ERP platform and shape the digital backbone of Seedcom's portfolio.

Working Environment

At Seedcom, you will join a team that cares deeply about data integrity, system reliability, and real business impact. We operate with a startup mindset within a scaled retail group — fast-moving, data-driven, and always focused on building things that matter.

  • Flat, collaborative culture — ideas are valued regardless of seniority.

  • Business-and-technology-first environment: we invest in the right tools, infrastructure, and processes.

  • Work alongside finance, supply chain, operations, data, and business teams on end-to-end delivery.

  • High-ownership culture — you own what you configure and ship, from discovery to production.

  • Regular 1-on-1s, performance reviews, and transparent career conversations with your manager.
