Senior Finance Specialist (focus on relationship management)

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, banks, and internal teams.
• Lead financial negotiations, contract management, and fundraising efforts.
• Identify and evaluate investment opportunities, M&A deals, and market expansion strategies.
• Conduct financial due diligence, risk assessment, and business case development for potential investments.
• Manage end-to-end execution of international M&A and business development transactions.
• Oversee financial reporting, including P&L analysis, balance sheets, and compliance.
• Collaborate with traders to manage financial obligations, assess risks, and align strategies.
• Generate key financial reports, performance analyses, and insights for decision-making.

• Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills.
• Understanding of the M&A lifecycle
• Ability to identify and develop ideas for potential transaction opportunities
• Strong skills in financial analysis, corporate finance, and valuation
• Strong project management capabilities, including experience overseeing due diligence processes
• Minimum of 4 years of commercial experience in corporate development / corporate finance / investment banking / private equity
• Experience in Big 4, Transaction/M&A, or Private Equity
• Strong analytical and modeling skills (Excel, VBA, Power BI, etc.)
• Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills, with a data-driven and practical mindset
• Results-oriented with strong ownership of your work
• Perform well under high pressure and tight deadlines
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.

·      From Monday to Friday (09:00am – 18:00pm) and half-day on Saturday (09:00am – 12:30pm)
