Job Description

• Prepare valuation and feasibility study reports for the Client.
• Take other direct instructions from Head of department.
• Maintain the client network and seeking new clients for Department
• Analyze legal issues pertaining to the property market and Savills’s report.
• Liaise with clients to reply to all queries relating to the properties valued or obtain all necessary documentation to undertake valuation.
• Produce presentations and prepare office newsletters and press releases when required.
• Contribute to the management and administration of the Division through the collective development of information and valuation services policies, programs and procedures.
• Provide independent professional advice to the company’s clients on real estate matters including asset management, sales, leasing and marketing.
• Perform in-depth due diligence analysis and market advisory.
• Maintain a comparable sales and leasing database for all categories of property, ensuring all information is accurate, stored correctly and accessible as required.
• Monitor and auction valuation management platforms in conjunction with admin support.
• Build and maintain client relationships in the mortgage business line
• Provide timely responses to client quote requests.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals to ensure the success of the Division in conjunction with the Director.
• Maintaining an understanding of both local and national real estate markets, enabling you to provide potential customers with reliable and accurate advice regarding property movements and industry trends.

Job Requirement

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, or Economics.
  • Preference for candidates with a background in Finance or Foreign Trade.

Professional Certification:

  • Candidates with a Valuer License (MOF license) are preferred.

Experience:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a related position.
  • Experience in conducting Financial Feasibility Studies (FS) for projects is an advantage.

Language:

  • Proficient in English (both speaking and writing).

Technical & PC Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Ability to work with IT resources such as databases and spreadsheets for data collection and management.

Communication & Interpersonal Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills for liaising with colleagues and clients.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
