Senior FP&A Manager

Reporting Line: to CFO

• Participate in company strategic planning of the company
• Coordinate with related functions to build and update company budget/latest forecasts
• Frequently update actual vs. plan, understand root causes of variances, highlight and recommend corrective actions
• Responsible for financial modeling, incorporate major assumptions, run various scenarios to assist business strategic and/or operational decision making
• Assist CFO to prepare for BOD meetings, provide answers & required information to address BOD’s queries
• Carry out frequent and/ or ad hoc investment analysis and monitoring to ensure return on investment is maximized.
• Control budget spending (either Capex or Opex)
• Join Finance leadership team, drive step changes in automation, capabilities building (both partnering and controlling).
• Any Other Assignments or tasks given by CFO

Experience & other requirements

• Degree qualified in Finance and Accounting are
• Big 4 audit background preferable
• Working experience in Retail is preferable
• Member of a professional body (e.g. ACCA, CPA) is preferable
