Senior HR & Accounting Executive

About the Company

We are a reputable Japanese Engineering company with strong regional presence in Singapore and Vietnam. To support our business expansion, we are looking for a dynamic and committed individual to join our new Ho Chi Minh office.

Main Responsibilities

1. Accounting & Finance

• Handle daily bookkeeping, prepare monthly financial reports, and support tax declarations.
• Manage payroll, employee reimbursements, and social insurance payments.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and HQ finance team.
• Ensure compliance with Vietnam accounting and tax regulations.

2. Human Resources & Administration

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee record systems.
• Prepare labor contracts, process payroll, bonuses, and benefits.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, insurance, and HR policies.
• Support employee engagement, office administration, and purchasing activities.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business, or related fields.
• 3–5 years experience in accounting and HR or admin roles.
• Strong knowledge of Vietnamese accounting standards, tax, and payroll.
• Good understanding of labor laws and social insurance regulations.
• Proficient in English, Microsoft Excel & Word.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

• Salary: VND 20,000,000 – 25,000,000 (negotiable based on experience).
