Job Description

1. Recruitment (60%)

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment activities based on approved manpower plans.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to clarify job requirements, qualifications, and timelines.
  • Source, screen, and conduct initial interviews with candidates.
  • Coordinate and arrange technical/managerial interviews.
  • Follow up recruitment progress and provide regular updates to relevant stakeholders.
  • Support onboarding activities to ensure smooth integration of new hires.

2. HR Operations & Performance Follow-up (20%):

  • Follow up and consolidate employee performance evaluation results based on existing KPI frameworks and forms.
  • Remind departments of evaluation timelines and ensure timely completion.
  • Prepare summary reports related to performance evaluation and HR data.
  • Support HR-related documentation and reporting as assigned. 

3. Training Coordination (Approximately 10%):

  • Coordinate internal training programs, onboarding training, and external training activities.
  • Prepare training schedules, participant lists, materials, and evaluation forms.
  • Track and maintain training records and documentation. 

4. Administration & Office Support (Approximately 10%):

  • Handle HR administration, document control, and personnel file management in compliance with company policies.
  • Support office administration tasks, including document filing and internal communications.
  • Assist in organizing internal events and employee engagement activities when required. 

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Administration, English, or related fields.
  • Minimum 03 years of experience in HR, Recruitment, or HR & Administration roles.
  • Strong communication skills, proactive mindset, and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • English proficiency in all four skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing); able to use English effectively in daily work, interviews, and email communication.
  • Experience in service, logistics, forwarder is a strong advantage.
  • Good command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • High sense of responsibility, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
  • High sense of responsibility, willingness to learn, and creativity.
  • Proactive and positive attitude.
