Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment activities, including job posting, CV screening, interview scheduling, onboarding, and probation follow-up.
Manage employee records, labor contracts, annual leave, social insurance, and other HR-related documentation.
Monitor attendance, overtime, and business trip expenses; support monthly payroll preparation (responsible for payroll calculation after the first 6 months).
Build, implement, and maintain the company's KPI system.
Develop, review, and continuously improve HR policies, regulations, and internal procedures.
Develop, implement, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for HR processes and ensure compliance.
Maintain accurate HR databases and prepare regular HR reports to support management decisions.
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve operational issues, improve workflow efficiency, and promote effective cross-functional collaboration.
Ensure compliance with Vietnamese Labor Law and related regulations in all HR activities and employment documentation.
Provide administrative support and perform other HR & Admin tasks assigned by Management
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources.
Strong understanding of Vietnamese Labor Law and HR best practices.
Experience in recruitment, C&B, employee relations, HR documentation, and HR operations.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented, proactive, responsible, and able to work independently.
Experience in the garment or fashion industry is an advantage.
Good English communication skills are preferred.
