Senior HRBP Executive– Commercial (Sales)

Key Responsibilities

1. Compensation & Benefits (70%)

• Manage C&B for Sales teams across GT and MT channels, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and consistent policy application.
• Oversee payroll, PIT, and insurance processes, working closely with Finance to ensure timely and accurate payments.
• Monitor manpower costs and support salary budgeting and cost planning for Sales functions.
• Coordinate Sales incentive schemes, validate data, and ensure accurate and transparent incentive payouts.
• Advise Sales leaders and employees on compensation matters and resolve related C&B issues.

3. HR Business Partnership (20%)

• Analyze workforce data (headcount, turnover, cost) to support business decisions.
• Advise managers on performance management, employee relations, and capability development.
• Support engagement and people development initiatives within the Commercial function.

2. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning (10%)

• Partner with Sales leaders to plan manpower and support recruitment for key Sales positions.
• Ensure effective onboarding and integration of new hires.

• Trình độ: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field. SHRM certification is preferred.
