Senior Import Export & Customs Executive

Customs & Compliance (Core Focus)

·       Prepare, review, and submit import/export customs declarations on VNACCS/VCIS system.

·       Ensure accuracy of HS code classification, import duty, and customs documentation compliance.

·       Handle annual customs reports and other required reports to Vietnam Customs authorities on time.

·       Monitor changes in Vietnam customs regulations, import/export policies, and licensing requirements.

·       Coordinate with customs brokers and customs officers for clearance issues and audits.

·       Support customs audits, post-clearance inspection, and compliance activities.

Import/Export Operations

·       Arrange and coordinate import/export shipments by sea, air, and local transportation.

·       Prepare shipping documents including Invoice, Packing List, BL, AWB, COO, etc.

·       Coordinate with forwarders, warehouses, factories, and suppliers to ensure smooth delivery schedule.

·       Monitor shipment status and resolve logistics issues if any.

Cost & Documentation Control

·       Verify freight invoices and import/export related costs.

·       Maintain proper customs and shipping records for audit purposes

-      Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business, or related field.

-      Minimum 5 years of experience in import/export and customs declaration.

-      Strong hands-on experience with VNACCS/VCIS customs declaration system.

-      Good knowledge of:

·       HS code classification,

·       import/export procedures,

·       EPE/Non-EPE operations,

·       customs compliance,

·       annual customs reporting.

-      Experience in electronics manufacturing industry is preferred.

-      Familiar with Incoterms, COO/C/O application, and import/export licensing.

-      Good communication in English and Vietnamese.

-      Proficient in ERP/SAP and MS Excel.
