Senior Investment Specialist

• Manage and monitor the investment portfolio by analyzing and evaluating the business performance and execution of subsidiaries and investment projects.
• Optimize investment performance by proposing capital increase/decrease, divestment, profit distribution strategies, and executing investment commitments with partners (e.g., IRR, capital acquisition, M&A transactions).
• Coordinate and monitor project development by tracking implementation progress, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring smooth project execution.
• Develop and implement investment management practices through financial modeling, business forecasting, and investment performance evaluation.
• Prepare investment reports and conduct risk analysis by monitoring portfolio performance, identifying key internal and external factors, assessing risks, and recommending mitigation strategies.
• Support strategic initiatives and business development by conducting market research, financial analysis, business planning, and other strategic assignments as directed by management.

- Bachelor's Degree in Finance / Banking / Economics / Business Administration / Accounting.

- At least 5 years of experience in investment analysis, real estate, portfolio management or auditing, preferably within the real estate or financial sectors.

- CFA certification is a plus.

- Proficiency in English.
