Job Description

Maintain and monitor computer networks and related computing environments, including computer hardware, system software, applications software and all configurations
Troubleshooting and technical support in PC Software & Hardware
Day to day System Administration, Maintenance and Backup
Responsible for all Hardware, Network and Technical Documentation
Provide PC software training and documentation to enable users to operate the system effectively
System installation, upgrade, security, disaster recovery and contingency planning
Responsible on checking hardware status
Responsible in maintaining IP phone and PABX system
Periodic Report: Weekly/Monthly Report - Unscheduled at the request of Head.
Other tasks assigned by Head

Qualification: University or college degree in IT related subject
No of year-experience: Min 3-year working experience
Foreign Language: Can listen, speak, read and write English
Level of computer: Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook
Good knowledge of hardware
Skills required: Good administrative, organizational and process skills
Working requirements: Can work well under high pressure and have good communication skills
Personality: Smart, honest, confidential, careful, hard-working, team-working
