Support deployment, operation, and maintenance of IT resources that include:
Support to operate and maintain access management system:
Support users on a daily basis:
Create and update documentation for IT processes, troubleshooting guides, and system configurations.
Identify and suggest possible improvements or procedures.
REQUIREMENTS:
University/ College degree with IT major.
Have at least 2 years in IT supporting (helpdesk).
Good English skills.
Good operating and troubleshooting (Office and network) knowledge.
Good Windows system infrastructure knowledge.
Good networking skills: CCNA, MCSA, etc. is an advantage.
Able to be on-call and work off-hours when needed.
Efficient communication and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organization skill coupled with carefulness and mindfulness is a big plus.
