Draft, review, and negotiate various types of contracts (in both English and Vietnamese);
Draft, maintain and update contract templates to ensure legal compliance and operational alignment;
Provide legal advice on all legal matters related to the company’s business operations;
Support functional departments in legal risk assessment and management.
2. Legal Research & Policy
Conduct legal research and provide regular updates on regulatory changes;
Draft and review internal policies and procedural documents;
Support internal training on legal and compliance topics (if needed).
3. Compliance Support
Implement necessary legal procedures (e.g., licensing) to ensure regulatory compliance;
Maintain central records of legal and compliance documents;
Support compliance reporting and follow up on corrective actions.
4. Others
Contract filing & management, company seal management and admin works relating to legal.

Job Requirement
1.Education background requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Law (preferably with a focus on Business Law, Commercial Law, Economic Law, etc.).
Qualification to practice law in Vietnam or having passed the judicial examination is preferred.
2. Experience/Industry requirements:
At least 3-4 years of experience in an in-house legal role or at a law firm.
Strong experience in the laws and regulations governing e-commerce, trade promotion, and online marketing.
In-depth knowledge of Commercial Law, Contract Law, Intellectual Property Law, Labor Law, Advertising Law, etc.
Analytical and forward-thinking.
Solution-oriented decision making.
Excellent command of English in both speaking and writing, with a strong focus on contract review and legal documentation.
Solid communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently on the assignments.
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload and manage time effectively.
Ability to work with multiple functions as a trusted partner.
