Job Description

  • Provide legal advice and ensure compliance for the Company’s business activities, products, services, and projects. 

  • Draft, review, and negotiate various types of contracts, agreements, regulations, procedures, and legal documents. 

  • Monitor, update, and analyze legal regulations related to Fintech, P2P Lending, finance, corporate matters, and personal data protection; assess impacts and propose implementation plans. 

  • Conduct legal risk assessments and provide advisory opinions to mitigate risks and support business units in achieving their objectives. 

  • Act as the focal point for working with state regulatory authorities, partners, customers, and legal consultants on matters within the assigned scope. 

  • Support the handling of disputes, complaints, and legal matters, and participate in preparing dossiers and documents for working with competent authorities. 

  • Ensure that all IRCs, ERCs, and Branch Licenses are renewed and upgraded on time, remain valid at all times, and comply with applicable laws and the Company’s continuously evolving business model. 

  • Coordinate with departments to develop and improve internal processes, ensuring that operations comply with legal requirements and internal regulations. 

  • Participate in developing and implementing legal training programs and compliance awareness initiatives for employees. 

  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Board of Director. 

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Law with 5–7 years of corporate legal experience. 

  • Prior experience in Fintech, P2P Lending, Banking, Financial Services, or Technology is preferred. 

  • Strong knowledge of corporate, commercial, and regulatory compliance laws. 

  • Fluent in English, with the ability to draft legal documents and communicate with international stakeholders. 

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills. 

  • Able to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and collaborate effectively across teams.
