Senior Legal Specialist (Temp 7 Months)

Contract Drafting and Review 

• Drafting and reviewing contracts as requested by departments; 
• Drafting template contracts (leading/coordinating with departments to draft model contracts); 

Corporate legal governance 

• Drafting corporate legal documents; storing and managing legal documents; 
• Performing business registration procedures, coordinating the review/processing of other administrative procedures; 
• Researching and promptly updating new legal regulations; 

Consulting and Litigation 

• Providing legal support and advice to company departments in relation to assigned matters; 
• Advising on dispute resolution and recommending approaches; 
• Drafting documents for dispute resolution and participating in litigation proceedings to resolve disputes; 

Procedure Development 

• Participating in developing/refining procedures related to departmental/inter-departmental work;  
• Monitoring the implementation of issued procedures, evaluating and reporting; 

Other tasks as assigned by the direct manager/Head of Legal 

Working Hours: 9am - 6pm (Mon - Fri)

• At least 03 - 05 years of experience in legal counsel, preferably within the F&B, construction, communication, and advertising sectors;
• Proficiency in legal English is required (TOEIC >600; IELTS >5.5);
• Graduated from university majoring in law. Priority is given to candidates who graduated from Ho Chi Minh City University of Law, the University of Economics and Law, and Hanoi Law University;
• High level of integrity and ethical standards;
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team;
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to synthesize information and propose practical solutions to balance legal risks with business needs;
• Ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders effectively;
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships with internal departments and competent government authorities.
