The Senior Manufacturing Clerk provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of the department. This role is responsible for handling production-related documentation, managing and maintaining data, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting departmental administrative and personnel management activities. • Provide administrative support, including timekeeping management, daily production reporting through the Enterprise Resource Planning system, and consolidation of daily and monthly production data. (Hỗ trợ công tác hành chính, bao gồm quản lý chấm công, báo cáo sản xuất hằng ngày thông qua hệ thống ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), và tổng hợp dữ liệu sản xuất theo ngày/tháng)
• Deliver comprehensive administrative and operational support to the department, ensuring effective coordination, documentation, and communication among internal teams and stakeholders. (Cung cấp hỗ trợ hành chính và vận hành toàn diện cho bộ phận, đảm bảo việc phối hợp, lưu trữ tài liệu và trao đổi thông tin hiệu quả giữa các nhóm nội bộ và các bên liên quan)
• Handle assigned tasks and ad hoc activities to support the department’s day-to-day operations. (Thực hiện các công việc được phân công và các nhiệm vụ phát sinh nhằm hỗ trợ hoạt động hằng ngày của bộ phận)

• College degree or higher (Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng trở lên)
• 1–2 years of working experience in a Manufacturing Company. Experience in data management, personnel administration, and procurement is an advantage. (Có từ 1–2 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc tại công ty sản xuất. Có kinh nghiệm về quản lý dữ liệu, hành chính nhân sự và mua hàng là một lợi thế)
• Basic English for email writing and everyday communication. (Có khả năng sử dụng tiếng Anh cơ bản để viết email và giao tiếp hằng ngày)
• Knowledge of Chinese is an advantage. (Biết tiếng Trung là một lợi thế)
• Proficient in ERP systems (Oracle). (Thành thạo hệ thống ERP (Oracle))
