Senior Manufacturing Lean Supervisor (District 9)

Main Responsibility:

•Drive Lean initiatives and embedded system CI to daily operation including maturity assessment of Lean manufacturing development

•Conduct system VSM, VSD and developing process vision for SHTP value stream

•Coach, train, mentor leaders on systematic problem solving for effective shopfloor management

•Develop Milwaukee production system for SHTP sites which aligns with global OPEX standards

•Promote culture of continuous improvement by facilitating Kaizen, 5S and Lean manufacturing workshop

Noted: We provide shuttle bus from Hochiminh, Binh Duong, Dong Nai

REQUIREMENTS
Education Bachelor Mechanical / Mechatronic Engineering or Industrial Engineering

Experience
At least 05 years in Production/Process Engineering field with minimum 4-5 years in a Supervisor 
position. With working experience in Plastic, Mechanical or Electronic products

Knowledge
Functional Skills
• Proven ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
• People management experience is a must
Other Abilities
• Good team player with positive approach.
• Excellent English communication skill
