• Own and maintain the integrated project tracker across all Non-Cookies brands (Kopiko, Wow Pasta, Cal Cheese), covering campaigns, NPD timelines, agency deliverables, and trade activation plans.
• Build and manage detailed project plans with clear milestones, owners, and dependencies; proactively flag risks and delays to the SBM.
• Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams (Trade Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance) and external parties (agencies, vendors) to ensure smooth execution and on-time delivery.
• Draft and circulate meeting agendas, action logs, and follow-up trackers to ensure accountability across workstreams.
• Prepare and maintain the annual and quarterly marketing activity calendars, ensuring alignment with key commercial moments (e.g. TET, mid-year peak).
• Support the SBM in managing agency relationships, including briefing, timeline management, and feedback consolidation during creative and production cycles.
2. Business Analysis & Performance Monitoring
• Consolidate and analyze weekly/monthly sell-out data (GT and MT) across the portfolio; identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for the SBM's review.
• Prepare regular performance dashboards and commentary covering volume, revenue, market share, and key KPIs versus budget and prior year.
• Support the monthly business review process by collating cross-functional inputs (Sales, Trade, Consumer Insights) and drafting structured update decks.
• Conduct ad-hoc competitive and market analysis to support strategy development and brand planning cycles.
• Assist in building business cases for new initiatives (e.g., NPD, category expansion pilots), including financial modeling, volume assumptions, and ROI projections.
• Track and report on A&P spending utilization versus plan on an ongoing basis.
3. Budget Monitoring, payment & project execution
• Track and report on A&P spending utilization versus plan on an ongoing basis.
• Process and track all marketing-related payment requests: PO creation, invoice submission, payment follow-up with Finance, and document filing.
• Ensure all vendor and agency payments are executed on schedule and in compliance with internal approval and procurement processes.
