Job Description

Why This Role?
Broad exposure across a multi-category FMCG portfolio
High ownership with direct impact on brand execution and business performance
Strong growth opportunities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Job Summary:

The Senior Marketing Executive plays a key role in driving execution excellence across the Non-Cookies portfolio. This role supports the Marketing Manager in managing day-to-day project coordination, business analysis, budget monitoring, and cross-functional alignment to ensure effective and timely delivery of brand initiatives.

We are looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a lean, fast-moving environment.

Job description:

1. Project Management & Execution Coordination
•    Own and maintain the integrated project tracker across all Non-Cookies brands (Kopiko, Wow Pasta, Cal Cheese), covering campaigns, NPD timelines, agency deliverables, and trade activation plans.
•    Build and manage detailed project plans with clear milestones, owners, and dependencies; proactively flag risks and delays to the SBM.
•    Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams (Trade Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance) and external parties (agencies, vendors) to ensure smooth execution and on-time delivery.
•    Draft and circulate meeting agendas, action logs, and follow-up trackers to ensure accountability across workstreams.
•    Prepare and maintain the annual and quarterly marketing activity calendars, ensuring alignment with key commercial moments (e.g. TET, mid-year peak).
•    Support the SBM in managing agency relationships, including briefing, timeline management, and feedback consolidation during creative and production cycles.

2. Business Analysis & Performance Monitoring
•    Consolidate and analyze weekly/monthly sell-out data (GT and MT) across the portfolio; identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for the SBM's review.
•    Prepare regular performance dashboards and commentary covering volume, revenue, market share, and key KPIs versus budget and prior year.
•    Support the monthly business review process by collating cross-functional inputs (Sales, Trade, Consumer Insights) and drafting structured update decks.
•    Conduct ad-hoc competitive and market analysis to support strategy development and brand planning cycles.
•    Assist in building business cases for new initiatives (e.g., NPD, category expansion pilots), including financial modeling, volume assumptions, and ROI projections.
•    Track and report on A&P spending utilization versus plan on an ongoing basis.

3. Budget Monitoring, payment & project execution
•    Track and report on A&P spending utilization versus plan on an ongoing basis.
•    Process and track all marketing-related payment requests: PO creation, invoice submission, payment follow-up with Finance, and document filing.
•    Ensure all vendor and agency payments are executed on schedule and in compliance with internal approval and procurement processes.
•    Handling request from regional team for product samples, research, packaging development and product delivery timing.

Job Requirement

1.    Education
•    University qualification in marketing or related field
•    Proficient in written and spoken English
2.    Experience
•    Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in FMCG marketing, trade marketing, or marketing operations.
•    Experience in food & beverages is an advantage.

3.    Skill & competency
•    Strong project management skills — detail-oriented, structured, and disciplined in follow-through.
•    Solid analytical capability; comfortable working with sell-out data, budget spreadsheets, and performance reports.
•    High accountability and ownership mindset; able to work with minimal supervision in an under-resourced, fast-moving environment.
•    Strong communication and coordination skills across cross-functional teams.
•    Comfortable with ambiguity and able to prioritize effectively under competing demands.
