    Job Description

    We are seeking a well-rounded marketing professional with strong capabilities in both retail and brand marketing. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively execute localized, sales-driven campaigns across all retail touchpoints, while ensuring alignment with overarching brand strategies — aiming to build long-term brand equity throughout the 13 provinces of the Mekong Delta.

    1. Advertising, Marketing & Brand Development in the Mekong Delta Region

    • Organize, implement, and execute marketing activities including market research, regional marketing, advertising, and PR campaigns aligned with brand guidelines and company strategy.

    • Develop and coordinate sales promotion programs at stores and affiliated branches within the Mekong Delta.

    • Participate in and support customer and market research under corporate-led initiatives.

    • Design and execute marketing plans tailored for the Mekong Delta region to strengthen brand awareness and foster market development in accordance with directives from the Branch Executive Board.

    • Monitor and analyze market trends, product designs, and pricing strategies of competitors. Provide recommendations on product development strategies aligned with local demand.

    • Conduct surveys and in-depth studies on consumer behavior and competitor strategies to formulate effective regional marketing plans. Advise the Branch Executive Board and relevant departments on untapped market segments.

    • Analyze and report the effectiveness of marketing programs at the branch level to support strategic evaluation and planning.

    • Manage and enhance brand visibility and positioning in the Mekong Delta market.

    • Evaluate the quality and performance of marketing contractors and partners involved in assigned projects.

    • Prepare and submit periodic and ad-hoc marketing activity reports.

    2. Public Relations (PR) & Communications

    • Establish and maintain effective relationships with local government authorities (Departments, Agencies), press, and media partners within the Mekong Delta region.

    • Select appropriate communication channels and media platforms to deploy PR campaigns in alignment with the company’s brand strategy.

    • Provide key content and marketing materials for advertising, corporate website updates, and media communication, under the direction of the Branch Director, Brand Department, and Corporate Communications team.

    • Develop and implement internal communication strategies at the branch level to reflect the company’s vision and culture.

    • Evaluate the effectiveness of PR agencies and media partners.

    • Provide regular and ad-hoc reports on PR and communication activities.

    3. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Initiatives

    • Build and maintain collaborative relationships with community organizations, volunteer groups, and social initiatives to execute CSR programs at the branch level.

    • Coordinate with the local labor union to organize and promote CSR projects such as charity housing and other community-based initiatives.

    4. Event Management

    • Plan and oversee commercial and corporate events as scheduled by the company and the branch.

    • Coordinate with the labor union and youth organizations to organize employee engagement and internal branding events.

    • Prepare and submit regular and ad-hoc reports on events.

    5. Team Management & Departmental Operations

    • Develop workforce plans and allocate tasks effectively within the marketing department.

    • Propose staffing structures that meet operational needs.

    • Provide clear direction on roles, responsibilities, and departmental goals.

    • Monitor, support, and motivate team members to ensure timely and high-quality task completion.

    • Ensure departmental alignment with the branch’s overall business strategy.

    • Organize training programs and propose development initiatives to strengthen team capabilities.

    • Implement performance evaluations based on established KPIs. Recommend rewards or disciplinary actions to the Branch Executive Board when necessary.

    • Submit regular and ad-hoc reports on departmental performance.
