Senior Merchandiser (Garment industry)

Customer Requirement Management:

• Analyze customer requirements related to products, including technical documents and samples.

• Coordinate with relevant departments for product development and ensure alignment.

Costing and WFX (ERP System):

• Manage costing and utilize WFX for production-related functions in the garment field.

Quotation and Approval:

• Prepare quotations for customers and submit them for manager approval.

Customer Interaction:

• Communicate directly with customers to resolve issues related to sample development, quality, and delivery.

• Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and concerns, particularly regarding sample quality.

Documentation and Communication:

• Track all communications, documents, and updated information related to customer requirements.

• Follow-up with T&A (Time and Action) plans to ensure timely sample approvals.

Collaboration with Departments:

• Work closely with technical, pattern, and production teams to ensure timely support for campaigns.

• Ensure coordination among internal parties, vendors, and customers to guarantee on-time sample delivery and customer satisfaction.

Business Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to maximize business growth and opportunities.

• Provide product design suggestions to enhance sales and reduce costs.

Other Duties:

• Complete other tasks as assigned by the Manager, including those related to customer satisfaction, production timelines, and quality management.
